New GuestDiary Features

We have many new features for the GuestDiary System that we have planned for release in the coming months.

Now Available - Reviews Module - How will this work?

• After departure any reservation with an e mail address that is NOT an OTA booking is sent an e mail asking them to review the property.

• They are asked 7 simple generic questions that will apply to all properties.

• The questions can be modified if required but it is unlikely you will need to.

• After the questionnaire is completed the hotel has a chance to check the review and either Delete or Publish it.

• If the review is published it will appear on a Reviews Page on the website and in the Booking Engine.

• The reviews can be sent to any e mail address you nominate.

• The Reviews Module will automatically be given to all properties that have an AccuBook/GuestDiary Website in mid October

• You can opt out if you wish.

Now Available - Messaging Inbox - How will this work?

• At present communications from Airbnb and Booking.com come in to the 'Inbox' (top right corner of the Diary Screen). The idea is to gather them all together to make it easier for the property to manage (instead of logging in to different accounts to respond).

• In Mid October we will also add communications that come via the 'Contact Us' form on the website.

• These communications will continue to come in via e mail as before.

• This only applies to properties that have an AccuBook GuestDiary Website.

• We will be adding Expedia to this list at a later date.
