200 customers certified on the GuestDiary University GDU

We are pleased to see that over 200 Hotel/Guesthouse customers have become certified on the GuestDiary University GDU and are now officially 'GuestDiary Ninjas'.

The one small spec of good news during the Covid 19 pandemic was that it afforded us the time to create a system that trained and certified users on the GuestDiary platform, a system that includes a PMS, Channel Manager, Web Builder and Booking Engine. It is our hope that the GDU will support our customers to use more of the features to improve their business.

The GDU is a platform that offers 4 training modules for Hotel/Guesthouse Managers and Receptionists to complete with videos and a series of questions at the end of the module. Furthermore regular communication takes place with the GDU Ninjas to keep them informed about system updates, hints and tips and news from the wider hospitality industry.
