Using GuestDiary Pricing Alerts

How often have you found that someone has changed room rates hours after you just entered a rate for a wedding or event? Or maybe the weekend Receptionist didnt realise a high rate has been set up because an event had just been annnounced for a specific date? Pricing Alerts are a very simple tool that keeps everyone who enters the GuestDiary aware of what is happening on specific dates by putting an orange alert at the top of the Diary and Rates page.
