Revenue Management

Ok, at 12 minutes this is not our usual 3/4 minute video, but arguably good Revenue Management controls the proftibaility of your Hotel or Guesthouse so it was always going to be difficult to do in a short video. Still Revenue Management is a subject you can get courses and qualifications in, so a 12 min video was the shortest summary we can do. This uses REAL LIFE examples from a REAL LIFE hotel and starts and finishes with a question that relfects the weak point of most accommodation properties.....'Do you have someone doing Revenue Management in your property?'.
